May 1st
New day, I decided I’m going to kick my own ass all week.
I’m gonna start spinning today.
Look at the food I want, but find the healthy alternative.
Cutting out red meat.
Drinking water, or black coffee.
No more red bulls, or soda.
No more giving into temptation.
No more letting people cosign my bullshit.
Still on the kick of nicotine too. It’s been 4 days.
By next Tuesday, May 8th, I am looking to have shed 5 pounds. Wish me luck
